1. Stand with your back straight and then step back with your right leg.

2. Bend your other leg slightly.

3. Then push your back heel into the floor until you feel the pull in your calf muscle.

4. This move can be done by pushing against a wall if it is difficult for you to feel a stretch.
5. Hold your stomach in and keep looking forward.
