dumbell lunge | half press up | leg raise | outer thigh raise |
inner thigh curl |abdominal crunch | back raise |


leg raise


1. Kneel on the floor with both hands flat under your shoulder area.

2. Raise your right leg slowly until it is in a straight line, horizontal with the rest of your body.

3. Slowly bring it down again.

4. Repeat this exercise then use the other leg.

5. Don't push the leg any further than horizontal and don't lift your head.
